He is a qualified Internal Auditor in ISO 8001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management and Lead Auditor in ISO9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO90002 and ISO 14001 Standards. Matt is a Process Improvement Advisor which applies Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies. The DMAIC Cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control) is one of the techniques.
He has more than 35 years experience in the International Freight Forwarding and Courier Industry, the last being DHL Global Forwarding.
